 Arthritis Symptoms

How many of the following Arthritis Symptoms do you recognize?

  • joints feel like they are on fire

A lot of people have arthritis symptoms and they don't even know it. Arthritis symptoms are present but a lot of us, ignore those symptoms and blame it on "old age". After many months of trying all kinds of alternatives like aspirin, ibuprofen, tylenol and the likes, our arthritis symptoms become full blown arthritis.

Here is a list of arthritis symptoms that you need to look out for. Each person will show different arthritis symptoms because of your nutritional make up.

  • Dry scalp with dandruff
  • Dry skin which shows a whitish in different parts of the body
  • Ear has no ear wax
  • Fingernails that are brittle or splitting
  • Premature color change to gray
  • Skin wrinkles in the neck area
  • Ringing in the ears
  • Complexion color is pale
  • Stretch mark which appear after losing weight
  • Rectum itching
  • Accumulation of dried flakes at the corners of the eyes
  • Nose is constantly itching
  • Feeling stiffness when getting up in the morning
  • Hands and legs get cold and clammy
  • Bleeding gums
  • Teeth have etch lines
  • Varicose veins in the legs
  • Being sterile

Sometimes we blame the pain in our joints to a injury, or overuse. We think it will go away but it doesn't. My stupidest thing I've ever done is continue to work through this pain, only to have it immobilize my entire limb for several weeks. That meant I couldn't go fishing and that bothered me enough to get my butt into the doctors office.

Your body will tell you if you will listen. Arthritis symptoms flare up and we need to recognize them.

I know either you or a loved one is suffering some type of arthritis symptom or you wouldn't be here. Right?

Our bodies have a built in army ready to fight our arthritis symptoms and we need to learn how to strengthen that Army. All living breathing creatures need fuel. So does our bodies, but many times the fuel we put inside it helps arthritis move quicker than it should. If you read my 7 page report on Natural Ingredients you learned about people who live in northern Australia, parts of New Zealand and Israel.

We believe in healing our bodies from the inside out, but there are times when you need support from a doctor. We have good friends who both suffer from rheumatoid arthritis and both of them have had successful treatments from medical prescriptions.  Many of our other friends have used supplementations with excellent results.  And that includes ourselves.

Those 7 Key Ingredients needed to help us fight arthritis (exclusive list for our members) but we should also mention how effective calcium and magnesium are.  Just ask my wife, who combats knee pains by supplementing her diet with calcium/magnesium.

Another great ingredient you should consider is Omega oils. Synovial fluid can be replenished with omega oils. Because cartilage has no blood vessels, nutritional oils cannot be directly delivered to their cells. Oils have to be absorbed into the cartilage by osmosis.

This is another great page on helping you and your arthritis symptoms.
